New clients: what to expect

+ - Making a booking

We encourage you to make a booking in the following ways: Email us at hello@weareenough.com.au, via our contact form, or via our booking form (if you know which stylist and hair service you’re after)

You can direct all appointment enquiries via email or our contact form. Please see our FAQs for more information.

+ - Arrival

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. We believe this allows you to make the most of ‘you’ time, and to ease into your appointment with a hot beverage and some reading material, if you’d like.

We understand your time is valuable. And so is ours. In the scenario you are late for an appointment, we may have to shorten or cancel part of your treatment. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we can not guarantee that we will provide the service. A cancellation fee of the full scheduled appointment may apply and is at the discretion of Enough’s senior team.

+ - Changing your appointment

Life can be unpredictable and sometimes appointments need to change. If you need to make a change to your appointment, please contact us at hello@weareenough.com.au 24 hours before your appointment time to minimise disruption. This allows our team to contact clients on our waitlist and/or to reschedule appointments in a timely manner.

Changes and cancellations

Any changes and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. We recommend any changes are communicated as soon as possible so that we can find a suitable replacement time.

Any late changes or cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the full fee.

+ - Group Bookings

Group bookings can be made for groups of X or more, and can be secured by making a deposit (deposit amounts are confirmed on application).

Changes and cancellations

Any changes and cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment. Any late changes or cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the full fee.

Existing and returning clients

+ - What's the best shampoo and conditioner for me to use for my colour?

This is contingent on a number of factors such as your hair colour, style and needs. For clients with coloured hair we recommend using a colour specific shampoo and conditioner to maintain longevity. To prevent brassiness, it is recommended for clients with highlights to use shampoo and conditioner, such as Mr. Smith Blond treatment, made specifically for treated/blonde hair.

To maintain hair health and structure following your session, you may wish to consider incorporating a weekly conditioning treatment in addition to your hair care routine. This can also delay the onset of brassiness including tonal changes.

We recommend talking with your stylist about what you want to achieve, and any questions and concerns so that we can make an informed recommendation.

+ - Bookings and rebooking

To secure an appointment, we encourage you to make a booking in the following ways:
